WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

The driver inspects each vehicle before, during, and after each rental. In the event of damage, the
customer shall be responsible for any repairs or cleaning. The following will result in collection of the listed
fees for any damage or cleaning to repair or clean the bus.
• Smoking fee $150
• Vomiting fee $50
• Damage to seats $300
• Damage to lights, tv, stereo $200
• Damage to windows $300
• Damage to floor $300

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Full payment is due upon the time of pick-up. The full payment can be made in cash at the time of
pickup, or by Zelle or PayPal.

WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE A DESIRED LOCATION?

Priceless Party Bus will coordinate destinations for your group with local bars, clubs, amusement and entertainment venues. Just let us know what type of fun you want and we will do the rest.

I WANT TO BOOK A KIDS PARTY, CAN YOU GET RID OF THE POLE?

Yes, the pole is removed for every kid

IS THERE A REQUIRED MINIMUM AMOUNT OF TIME I HAVE TO RESERVE THE BUS?

No, you can book the bus for 1 hour or 8 hours.

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

We do offer discounts, keep an eye out on our website for specials.

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING FOOD ON THE BUS?

If you wish to bring food you may. Please, no foods that will leave permanent odors such as fish. Jello shots are allowed but please clean up the mess.

AM I ALLOWED TO DECORATE THE BUS?

No, we provide minimum decorations. And please no confetti.

IS THE DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE AND WHEN WILL I GET IT BACK?

A deposit of $150 is required to hold your date. Please send your deposit and contract within 24 hours of confirming that you are making a reservation. The deposit is not applied to the total cost, but will be returned within 24 hours of event ending if no damages are present.

CAN MY GROUP PLAY MUSIC ON THE BUS?

The bus is equipped with a state of the art Bose sound system and Pioneer radio with bluetooth. Guests are allowed to connect their phone to the radio.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I ENJOYED THE SERVICE?

Please follow us on all social media platforms, leave a review on Google and tip the driver.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

A cancellation notice is required at least two weeks in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit.
• 50% refund up until 1 week prior to the event
• No refund if cancel under less than 1 week prior to event (Can reschedule within 30 days)
All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to pricelesspartybus@gmail.com.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT ON THE BUS?

The bus fits comfortably 16 average sized people and 18 with standing room. The max is 19 guests.
